Hey there! I'm Dan and here's a little bit about myself. I have always been passionate about sports and fitness since a very young age. I played a lot of rugby growing up in Malaysia and then moved on to bodybuilding for a few years whilst I was training to become a personal trainer before I found my true passion. After moving to bonny Scotland in 2016 I fell in love with bike racing and cycling around the beautiful country roads. I am a fully qualified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience. Time On Fitness is like my second home and all the members are like family to me. I love coaching and seeing the members improve both physically and mentally. I couldn't ask for a better job!
